Huangyan Grottoes: A Thousand-Year Journey Awaits

Recently, the renovated Huangyan Grottoes unveiled their splendor and are set to welcome visitors with a fresh look before the Spring Festival. Located in Jiangkou Street, Huangyan District, Taizhou City, these ancient quarry caves stand alongside Wenling Changyu Dongtian and Sanmen Shepan Island as premier attractions blending natural wonders and cultural history.

The touring route is over 2,000 meters, with crystal-clear waters winding through interconnected grottoes. Visitors can enjoy a serene boat ride amidst this unique landscape. Mineral deposits seeping from rock crevices have created vivid natural murals.

Featuring ten iconic scenic spots, the grottoes showcase the stunning interplay of natural landscapes and quarrying culture. Huangyan Grottoes will officially open before the Spring Festival, marking a new cultural and tourism landmark for Huangyan.
