Huangyan's Colorful Activities Celebrate the Spring Festival

During the Spring Festival, various celebrations were held across Huangyan, creating a festive atmosphere.

In Budaikeng Village, Yutou Township, traditional events such as folk markets, intangible cultural heritage experiences, and folk performances brought together tourists and local residents to celebrate the New Year. At Budai Farm, visitors participated in making Taizhou specialties like rice cakes and mashed glutinous rice treats. Activities such as printing festive red envelopes and crafting traditional snake lanterns showcased the charm of Chinese culture.

Banyangwang Village in Xicheng Subdistrict hosted a lively cultural gala, featuring performances of songs, dances, and qipao shows. The event also included an anti-drug and fraud awareness campaign to enhance public safety awareness.

In Wanglinyang Community, Dongcheng Subdistrict, a "Doufu for Blessings" event allowed residents to experience the traditional craft of tofu-making, embracing New Year customs and expressing wishes for prosperity and happiness.
