During the National Day and Mid-Autumn Festival holidays, Huangyan welcomed 613,700 tourists and generated tourism revenue of RMB 20.5772 million, showcasing vibrant cultural and tourism activities.

Huangyan Grottoes pioneered China's first Grotto Immersive Light and Shadow Art Week, blending technology with nature through light shows Veins of Gold and Stone and Flowing Light Cascade. The event also featured Mid-Autumn lantern activities and the "Rock-themed Market" (featuring local snacks and intangible cultural heritage (ICH) handcrafts). As part of the Shanghai International Light Festival's Yangtze River Delta Linkage Demonstration Zone, the grottoes saw daily visitor flows exceeding 5,500, with the surrounding area attracting over 100,000 tourists.

Huangyan Museum's dual exhibitions—Splendor of the Prosperous Era and Oriental Elegance—bridged ancient and modern cultures, drawing over 5,000 daily visitors. The museum's coffee bar, "Hunzhi" (a cultural brand), and hands-on craft activities enhanced the exhibition experience. The newly opened Huangyan District Cultural Center hosted a "benefit-the-people week" with 10 performances, including Yue Opera, the stage play Virtuous Prime Minister Du Fan, and Taizhou Luantan (a local folk opera). Concurrently, Jiang Wenbing's Art Exhibition and children's workshops (such as mooncake-making and paper-cutting) solidified its status as Huangyan's new cultural landmark.

To stimulate consumption, Huangyan distributed RMB 5 million in cultural tourism vouchers (covering catering, accommodation, etc.), attracting crowds to Huangyan Outlets. Southeast Zhejiang Future Auto City held "Auto + Food" events, while Taizhou Dream Innovation Park launched the "Caramel Factory"-themed Market with music shows and pop-up stalls.

As the holidays conclude, Huangyan invites you to return for grotto light explorations, ceramic art appreciation, and theatrical performances—continuing to craft its cultural narrative.
